COMPANY- HISTORY
The American name BONNEY FORGE arrived in Italy in 1967 when the group acquired the Valve Division of Officine Metallurgiche - O.M.B.A., exclusively specialised in the production of forged steel valves since 1955.
Since 1987 the Company ownership has been Italian and B.F.E. S.p.A. is licensee to use the brand "BONNEY FORGE" for its valves production.
In 1996, VALBRUNA, one of the biggest private Italian firms in the steel mill market acquired the Italian ownership of B.F.E. S.p.A.
